The ZL-37 post-emulsifiable fluorescent penetrant is a highly sensitive, non-water-soluble Type 1 penetrant used for detecting fine discontinuities in safety-critical components and high-stress parts. It has a high flash point, long tank life, and can be removed using ZE-4E Method B lipophilic emulsifier or ZR-10E Method D hydrophilic emulsifier. It is listed on the QPL SAE AMS 2644 Qualified Product List.
