LOCTITE® 5113 is an off-white, smooth, solvent-based putty for general purpose metal pipe sealing. Typical applications include lubrication and sealing of threaded pipes, pipe fittings and flanges. Ideal for water pipes. It can be used in lines carrying alkalis (10%), ethylene glycol, petroleum and lubricating oil.
It can withstand temperatures from -59.8 ° F to +300.2 ° F (-51 ° C to +149 ° C).
