LOCTITE 243 is a medium strength blue screw-proof adhesive that covers and fixes metal nuts and bolts to prevent loosening due to shock and vibration.
LOCTITE® 243 is a general purpose threadlocker that provides medium strength adhesion. LOCTITE 243 works on all metals including passive surfaces such as stainless steel, aluminum and coated surfaces. It has proven to be tolerant of minor contamination from industrial oils such as engine oils, anti-corrosion oils and cutting fluid.
