ALPHA ASSEMBLY NR-215 NO-CLEAN FLUX

Alpha NR215 is a very efficient rosin and halide-free, low solids, no-clean flux. After soldering, a very small amount of barely visible residue is left which is tack-free and non-corrosive.

Application:

Alpha NR215 flux is engineered for foam, spray and wave applications. Topside preheat temperatures in the range of 80 C-105C are recommended.
