3M Scotch-Weld Gap Filling and Edge Sealing Compound EC-3524 B / A can be used as a gap filling, edge sealing, and abrasive compound in aircraft engines. It can be sanded within three hours after mixing and cures to a strong, low-density material within 48 hours at 24 °C / 75 °F. The compound has thixotropic properties for ease of application.
