SILCOSET 152 is a ready-to-use, 1-component high temperature thixotropic Adhesive Sealant that reacts with atmospheric moisture to form a flexible rubber that remains flexible over a wide temperature range. It releases very little acetic acid during curing, resulting in the familiar smell of vinegar that dissipates quickly after curing. These high specification sealants are ideal for numerous engineering applications, from production work to fast, efficient maintenance and on-site repairs. It is applied directly from the cartridge and cures at room temperature. Under typical ambient conditions, they develop a non-sticky surface in about 15 minutes and cure within 24 hours. It is in the form of a pungent white paste and does not mix with water.
