PR-2050 Class B is a fast curing compound designed for aerodynamic leveling and gap filling applications. Service temperature range -65°F (-54°C) to 250°F (121°C) and intermittent exposure up to 400°F (204°C). This product has low shrinkage and cures to a sandable hardness of at least one hour at 25°C (77°F) or above. Once cured, the PR-2050 Class B remains flexible and reduces potential cracking problems that can occur with more brittle sealing compounds.
PR-2050 Class B, two component, epoxy cured. Permapol ®P-3.1 polythioether compound. Cured product will not deteriorate after limited exposure to jet fuel and aviation gas or limited contact with diphosphate ester-based hydraulic fluids. PR-2050 Class B exhibits excellent adhesion to a wide variety of suitably prepared aircraft surfaces.
