Antifrogen® N is liquid, colored, pale yellow in color for use as a heat transfer medium in closed hot water heating systems, heat pumps and as cooling brine in industrial refrigeration equipment. Antifrogen® N is not suitable for use in food or pharmaceutical applications. Alternatively, it is recommended to use Antifrogen® L. The product is inhibited without the use of nitrites, amines, borates, silicates and phosphates. Optimization of the corrosion prevention system was carried out without the use of CMR substances (carcinogenic, mutagenic, reprotoxic).
Benefits
Antifrogen® N has been developed for use as a heat transfer and cooling medium. The antifreeze effect is based on monoethylene glycol, which prevents loss due to evaporation with its high boiling point of about 198 ° C. Provided that the Antifrogen® N concentration remains constant, the freezing resistance of the mixture does not change even after years of use. In addition, phase separation does not occur in Antifrogen® N / water mixtures.
